If you don't have Mastercard, you can also send us a Western Union wire, or a Bank Wire transfer, only under one of these names: Mariela Hermoza Monterroso or Eric Arenas Centeno. You must also then confirm the wire transfer with an email to your salesman, and send a copy of the email to the following address:

Cancellation :
Cancellations will be accepted one week prior to the set date of the tour. Cancellations made within a week of the tour date will only be refunded 50% of the tour price, and any last minute (day before/day of) cancellations will not be given any refund.
Important :
The stated prices are subject to variation depending on raises in the costs of: Inca Trail access, train services or other transport.
Reservations Policy
Reservations, Deposits & Cost
As soon as you confirm the date of your tour and accept the price, we will open a file for you and give you a status report on your request. Telephone reservations are acceptable, but the deposit and completed reservation form must also be received within the required time. Trip prices are subject to change due to the fluctuation of taxes and currency exchange rates.

Confirmations
Seven days prior to the date your group will arrive, the final rooming list must be confirmed. During high season (June to September) it must be confirmed fifteen days prior to the departure date.
This final rooming list has to include the following information: TOUR CODES, NAMES OF PASSENGERS, PASSPORT NUMBERS, NATIONALITY, AGE, OCCUPATION, FOOD ALLERGIES/PREFERENCES (vegetarian?), etc.
Final Payments
We require the final payment of the tour price a minimum of 30 days prior to trip departure. On departure date and once service are confirmed, changes will not be accepted (such as, a last minute addition on the final rooming list). During the high season (June to September) final payments must be made fifteen days prior to the trip’s departure date.
Responsibility
At 2 GO CUSCO we reserve the right to alter the itinerary and to cancel any tour prior to departure due to: water levels, political climate, insufficient registration, sickness, or other circumstances which are beyond our control. In such cases there will be a full refund to the passengers of any payments they made which were received by 2 GO CUSCO.
