Enjoy of the best that Peru can offer you doing this amazing tour through the whole country. You will have the opportunity to be on the coast, and in the mountains and jungle. This country has a lot of different climates and altitudes. The maximum number of passengers for this trip is 20.
Itinerary
Day 01.- Arrive To Lima
We will be waiting for you at the airport to take you from the Airport to Hotel. After checking into the accommodations you will have the evening to rest..
Day 02.- Lima - Nazca Full Day Tour
You will be picked up from your Hotel in Lima at 6:00 am, we will provide a private driver and a minivan. The ride will take approximately 6 hours in each direction and on the way we will visit the Museum, the Maria Reiche tomb, and we will stop at the view point of Nazca. Cut into the stony desert there are a large number of lines, not only parallels and geometrical figures, but also designs such as a dog, an enormous monkey, a bird with a wing span of over 100 meters, a spider and a tree. The Lines, that may represent some sort of vast astronomical pre-Inca calendar, are best seen from the air. We will take a half hour flight above the Lines (Airfare included). After the over flight we will take some time to rest and have lunch (included) before returning to Lima. Overnight. (B;L)
Day 03.- Trujillo - Chiclayo - Lima
After breakfast you will transfer to the airport to take your flight to Cusco (airfare included) where we will be waiting for you to take you to your hotel accommodations. In the morning you will have some leisure time. At around 1:40pm we will have a visit to all the archeological sites around the city, such as; the famous Sacsayhuaman fortress, Quenqo, Pucapucara and Tambomachay water’s temple. This tour will end at 18:30 pm in the hotel. (B))
Day 04.- Cusco - Sacred Valley Tour
This tour happens only on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays. After breakfast, you will be picked up (at around 8:45 am). During this full day excursion to the Urubamba Valley you will visit the village of Pisac which is a town of Creole and colonial aspect and has a wonderful market and craft fair. Lunch is included. In the afternoon you'll visit the fortress of Ollantaytambo, an architectural group that was a gigantic agricultural, administrative, social, religious and military complex in the days of the Tahuantinsuyo empire. You will also visit the Chinchero market. At the end, return to Cusco at 6:30pm. Overnight. (B,L)
Day 05.- Cusco - Machu Picchu
At 5:30am you will be picked up from the hotel and driven to the train station which leaves at 06:00 a.m. Travel will be in "Vistadome" Class (formerly "Autowagon"). You will arrive at the Aguas Calientes Station, from where you will take a 25 minute bus ride to the ruins of Machu Picchu. You will have a guided tour of the ruins for two hours (approx) with an English speaking guide. You will have lunch at the Machu Picchu Sanctuary Lodge (included), and then we will return to Aguas Calientes; Overnight at the hotel in Aguas Calientes. (B,L)
Day 06.- Machu Picchu - Cusco
Early in the morning, you will take the bus to the Machupicchu Sanctuary for a second visit. This visit will allow you some more time to take pictures, and also to visit the Huaynapicchu mountain or the Intiwatana. In the afternoon we will take the Vistadome train back to Cusco, arriving at 7:30 pm.
Day 07.- Cusco - Puno
In the morning you will have a free time to do some shopping, and after lunch we will transfer to the bus station. We will travel across the stunning high Andes landscape to Puno, and upon arrival we will transfer to the hotel. ( B,L )
Day 08.- Puno - Uros And Taquile Islands
We will pick you up from your hotel at 7:00 a.m, and after 2 hour motorboat ride, you will arrive at the Uros island in the Titicaca lake. Fishermen and hunters inhabit the floating islands of the Uros. They speak Quechua and Aymara. Then we will visit the Taquile Island, where we will have lunch in the cooperative restaurant. Taquile Island is very famous for their beautiful textiles; and the numerous Incan and Pre Incan remains. It has a size of 6 Km long and 1Km wide and has an altitude of 13,000 ft above sea level. In the afternoon we will return to Puno to spend the night in our hotel (B,L)
Day 09.- Puno - Lima
After breakfast we will take the bus to Juliaca where there is an airport. Juliaca is located 30 min. from Puno, and here we will take our flight to Lima (airfare included). Upon arrival in Lima you will be met at the airport and transferred to the Hotel. Overnight. (B)
Day 10.- Cusco
Today you will have a charming guided journey trough Lima, the capital of Peru. In the historic center you can appreciate the magnificent architecture of the Palacio de Gobierno, Cathedral of Lima, Palacio Arzobispal and Palacio Municipal. You can admire the stone doorways, wooden balconies , colonial houses and the beauty of our churches. We will visit “Convento de San Francisco” (entrance included) which is a monumental religious representation of the XVII and their “catacombs” (the old subterranean cemetery of Lima). Then we will visit the traditional district of Rimac and take a walk through the Paseo de Aguas, Alameda de los Descalzos and San cristobal neighborhoods. We will drive along all the traditional streets from Lima, shopping areas and residential areas such as San Isidro. To finish the tour we will visit the “Love park” where we have a great view of the pacific Ocean. At night we will Transfer to the airport for your international flights and the end of our services.
