Our Argentina travel tour visits the capital city of Buenos Aires, and also an estancia to experience real gaucho life. Afterwards we will head to Chile, visiting the Andes Mountains and the Lake District, where you enjoy wonderful sightseeing in the most stunning landscapes.
Our Chile travel itinerary goes through the charming capitol city of Santiago. Our Brazil Tour segment features one of nature's grand spectacles in the jungle; the Iguassu Falls which are 275 separate cataracts that send their white cascades roaring down 250 feet. Our Tour concludes on the exquisite beaches of the lush and tropical Rio de Janeiro. Our tour to South America is an unforgettable experience that you shouldn’t pass up with this fair price.

Itinerary
Day 01.- Chile (Santiago)
Arrive Santiago (Chile). Afternoon arrival in Santiago, capital of Chile, located between the Pacific Ocean and the Andes. At the top of San Cristobal Hill you will have a great view of the city and the Andes mountain range before arriving at your deluxe hotel. At night you will be introduced to your fellow travelers during a welcome dinner. Kennedy Hotel (D) Santiago.

Day 02.- Santiago
Santiago. Learn more about the city of Santiago during a tour. A local expert will lead you through the fascinating Pre-Colombian Museum which contains a unique collection of artifacts from South and Central America. Afterwards you will proceed to the Plaza de Armas, the city's main square and Cathedral. You will also see the Presidential Palace and the bohemian area of Bellavista. Your tour concludes at the Handicraft Market where you can see and buy some of the fabulous arts and crafts Chile has to offer. Afternoon at leisure. (B) Cabanas Del Lago Hotel, Chile.

Day 03.- Santiago - Puerto Montt - Puerto Varas - Santiago
Santiago/Puerto Montt/Puerto Varas. Today you will have a short flight to the southern port city, Puerto Montt, the gateway to the Chilean Lake District. We will drive across the shore of the placid Lake Llanquihue heading to the village of Puerto Varas. Your comfortable hotel offers great views of the lake. Day 04.- Santiago - Lake Crossings - Argentina
Lake Crossings/Bariloche (Argentina). Today's unforgettable excursion is reputed to be one of the most marvelous sights in the world. We will traverse the Andean Mountains through the Lake District from Chile to Argentina, seeing spectacular emerald green lakes, waterfalls, snow capped volcanoes and forests along the way. The breathtaking scenery unfolds as you journey along the roads of Chile's Vincente Perez Rosales National Park into Argentina's equally amazing Nahuel Huapi National Park. We arrive in the quaint Villa Angostura and embark on a boat ride to see the Arrayanes Forest with its ancient Myrtle trees. Day 05.- Argentina (Bariloche)
Bariloche is magnificent town, easily explored from your hotel. An included walking tour offers a visit to the Patagonia Museum. After that you can explore on your own; shop for sweaters and delicious locally made chocolate. (B)

Day 06.- Argentina (Bariloche - La Boca - Buenos Aires)
Bariloche/Buenos Aires. We arrive in Buenos Aires, Argentina's capital. The city is a mix of European heritage and Latin spirit which is evident in the architecture, culture and lifestyle. We drive down the “Avenida 9 de Julio”, the world's widest avenue, to your hotel. Elevage Hotel. (B) La Boca District, Buenos Aires

Day 07.- Argentina (Buenos Aires)
Buenos Aires. This morning we will see the Plaza de Mayor, the famous Opera House and the historical “La Boca” district. We proceed to the Recoleta district and to the cemetery where Evita Peron is buried. Afternoon at leisure. Tonight, you are our guest for a delicious dinner and to enjoy a tango show, South America's passionate dance. (B,D)

Day 08.- Argentina (Buenos Aires - Pampas- Buenos Aires)
Buenos Aires/Pampas. Today we will travel outside the city on a full day excursion to the Argentine Pampas. We visit a ranch and enjoy a tasty barbecue lunch followed by a Gaucho Fiesta, complete with gaucho riding and a folklore show. (B,L)

Day 09.- Argentina (Buenos Aires)
Buenos Aires. We will have a full day of relaxing, visiting the shops lining the renowned Florida Street, and enjoying one of the many outdoor cafes and parks. (B) Iguassu Falls.

Day 10.- Argentina - Iguassu Falls - Brasil
Buenos Aires, Iguassu Falls (Argentina/Brazil). After breakfast you will board your flight to the Argentinean side of Iguassu Falls. Set at the border of Argentina and Brazil, the falls consist of 275 inlets and cataracts that send their cascades roaring 250 feet below. Enjoy a ride on the ecological train through the rain forest to the Devil's Throat for a spectacular close-up view of the Argentinean side of the falls. Day 11.- Brasil (Rio De Janeiro)
Iguassu/Rio De Janeiro. You will view the Brazilian side of Iguassu Falls and lush sub-tropical vegetation on a tour. There will be some free time to enjoy yourself before your flight to Rio de Janeiro, often called as one of the world’s most beautiful cities in South America. Day 12.- Brasil (Rio De Janeiro - Ipanema, Copacabana -Rio De Janeiro)
Rio de Janeiro. Rio’s natural beauty will win your heart as soon as you arrive. This morning you will drive along the white-sand beaches of Ipanema and Copacabana to Sugar Loaf Mountain. You will ascend by cable car to the 1300 feet summit for amazing views of the city and surroundings. The rest of the day is at your leisure to explore on your own, enjoy delicious local cuisine and shop for authentic gemstones. (B) Christ the Redeemer, Rio de Janeiro.

Day 13.- Brasil (Rio De Janeiro)
Rio de Janeiro. On this morning’s tour, a railway takes you through the rainforest up Corcovado Mountain, a 2300 feet peak crowned by the landmark statue of Christ the Redeemer. Later, explore Rio's Portuguese colonial history in the downtown area and visit the largest Cathedral in South America. On your free afternoon you can choose between lounging on the beach or relaxing at your hotel's pool! Tonight, enjoy a farewell dinner at a famous local restaurant. (B,D) Rio de Janeiro..

Day 14.- Brasil (Rio De Janeiro) - Departure
Depart Rio. Today you will have at leisure for your independent pursuits. In the evening you transfer to the airport for your return flight. (B)

Day 15: Arrive in the USA. Your exciting South America adventure ends as you arrive in the USA this morning.
